This guy in a foreign country (India?) said I had to wait 3-5 days for him to look into the order I was calling about which should have been at the store two weeks agao. At my request, he actually said he was finding a supervisor at my request, then made four static sounds with his own voice and hung up.
Probably wanted to join the "festivities" (his word) that were sounding loudly by his cubicle (on Feb 8, 2016, approx. 4:00 p.m.) WORST... SERVICE... EVER!
Kmart/Sears doesn't even have an email or phone number to submit a complaint like this to. I'm pissed.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of storage unit. Kmart needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
