Kmart sells a warranty on most products. This one was for an airbed and cost $5.99.
As I had problems with previous airbeds there I purchased the warranty. They refused to refund as per the warranty when I purchased it. The cashier who offered the warranty said it was good for choice of refund or replacement. The loss prevention manager said it was good for refund if within the first 30 days.
Kmart needs to have the cashiers say that not hide those details in the written part of the warranty itself. Since it is sold as refund it should be refund for the life of the warranty or the terms of the refund made public at time of purchase.
