Kmart - Terrible policies
So I ordered a 4-pack of Hanes X-Temp (Performance Cool) )% cotton Long Leg boxer briefs in all black. Instead I received X-temp (ACTIVE COOL) cotton regular length.
I try to exchange online and guess what the product page is gone. According to Target's customer service if they no longer have the item that you order online they will send the next closest item. I could not believe this policy. In this day and age when you order something you want exactly what you ordered.
So I'm like whatever I just want a refund. The guy on the phone tells me that I will receive a refund 5 to 10 days after the merchandise is returned. OK that's fine I explain that I live an hour away from the closest town and I'll need him to email me a return code. Everything seems OK and then he tells me for UPS to pick up the package it will cost me $7.
At this point I'm starting to get pissed. I just can't believe this *** So I tell him I'm absolutely not going to pay shipping for something they messed up. He then says well I can just drop it of at the closes UPS store. I already told him I live an hour away from anything.
If I were going to drive an hour I would have just went to Kmart from the start. Not happy at all No wonder Kmart is going out of business.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $15.
Preferred solution: Full refund.

I miss shopping back in the "Good Old Days" when you went down to the store in person and picked out your merchandise. Sadly, KMart stores are shutting down across america due in part to internet sales.
