I ordered 3 men’s shirts and they sent 3 pair of ladies slacks. I sent the ladies slacks back and they only gave a partial refund for 2 of the shirts and nothing for the 3rd.
I spent almost an hour on the phone trying to get my refund with no luck. I had a hard time understanding the customer service representative on the phone. I think she said to wait another 7 days, even though their website clearly states the return of the 3 is complete. I should have known better than to deal with Kmart.
If they think screwing customers out of a few bucks is the way to do business, then I know why they are going broke. I will never order from Kmart again.
