The Queensbury/Glens Falls store has the rudiest customer team.Also lawaway associates failed too.
The employee was on the radio not waiting on me when I called my daughter to ask if her kids would likea toy from your store. Then suddenly she's in front of me saying " Are you really going to talk on the phone?" Seriously? This passive aggressive attitude doesn't want to make me return.
The customer service rep got upset because I was returning items I had on layaway.She told me, "Next time have lawaway take off any items you don't want." I told her that I didn't know I didn"t want them untilI realized that all the items I bought are now 50% off!"
