I was returning merchandise this morning with a receipt that was exactly 30 days.the manager yelled at the employee and refused to refund my money.

i called the complaint department and they said there was nothing they could do for me. I will never shop there again. onward to target it will be. This Kmart store manager is extremely rude and obnxious.

they need to get rid of him and hire a more professional. the merchandise was there on the racks and like i said the receipt was within the time span.

This is complete and unfair treatment.I feel sorry for the nice lady behind the courtesy desk who tried to help me out.

Oh grow up little girl, just because someone tells you "no" does not mean that they were rude.Just because poor you was told no does not mean they need to get rid of him.

I bet your parents spoiled you and gave you everything you wanted.

They never told you no.This is why you have to behave like a ten year old and throw a temper tantrum when you don't get your way.
