I ordered a simple bedsheet set $18 that's it to be delivered to the Billerica ma store for pickup on Dec 23 week went by nothing called the store not there 3 days later went to the store no there was told call customer service 2 days later email from sears cs there told me go to store, so now one passing me off to the other took the email to manager of Billerica store he knew I was upset asked him if I could by off the shelf was ok'ed he cancelled the online order I WILL NEVER BUY ONLINE FROM SEARS OR KMART IF THERE STILL AROUND *** poor
