I made a layaway 2-2-18

That kmart cancelled i had 2 payments left then with no notification i go to do payment its cancelled i ask why its cause 1 item was not in stock well it took that long for them not realize they didn't have it then not contact me or ask me if i wanted a credit or something just claimed they sent am e-mail which is funny cause i get all the b.s emails then send when they want you to spend money or when you owe a payment so i wad supposed to be refunded over a week ago i was told 3-5 days the money is still not there we are going on 7 days then i jusy call and get the b.s and then told 14 days are ypu kidding me and again still no emails nothing then to top it off they originally only wanted to do a partial refund are you insane i didn't partially pay for my stuff and i didnt cancel it i want my full refund every cent i paid then to deal with this and this is not the first time this is ridiculous this is why i stopped shopping at kmart for years its not worth it then none of your staff speaks English i just want my refund and i will most definitely take my business else where
