I am not trying to be rude, but if they told you in English that they would get someone to help you, they surely do speak English. If they were talking about sports in English, they surely know how to speak English.Now they may not have been doing their jobs, but it seems like the can speak English.

Worst online experience no stock~ I did receive a refund which I’m appreciate online shopping was terrible had to delete many items to only have half of my order cancelled due to no stock in the 3-5 stores they searched. Not reliable very poor packaging. Still love Kmart just not the online experience

Really i would not even buy any kind of food there.A few years back there was a recall on dog food.It was an expensive kind I forget what kind but dogs were dieing from it.When people started returning it they put it right back on the shelves.They do not care that is why soon Kmart will be no more.I used to work there and yes the store was also very dirty.The roof leaked and there were also rats there.Ah fun times.

To: Mike 1983: Guess you have not heard of common sense. Nobody should be treated like crap, customers or employees.

People should be allowed too step up, when they see this happening. It's not that hard too comprehend.

KMART Pharmacy in CHAOS!

KMART Bohemia is in Chaos, Not only has the pharmacy reduced their hours from what was : M-F 8am - 9pm TO 10am - 6pm Sat 8am - 8pm TO 10am - 2pm Sun 9am - 5pm TO Closed But Kmart laid off Craig AND John the Manager was "Hit by a Car" and horribly injured! So much so that it will take months if not longer for him to return, and to make matters worse there is a NEW Pharmacy Tech who actually thinks she runs the show but is clueless and tends to be disingenuous about the status of your medications. If something doesn't change and soon, I fear this chaotic situation will kill someone, because the constant flow of standby pharmacists and the lack of accountability is clearly showing! We're in one of the busiest weeks of the years in the pharmacist because everyone wants to get refills before the new year to avoid the new year deductibles and new policy co-payments. Let alone normal business and shared illnesses from all the traveling and partying. And the sad part is if the pharmacy tech think she knows you just a little bit she'll push your stuff to the side with the thought that she can smooth your ruffled feathers, no clue that she might be hurting you medicinally. SMH!! Oh, and lets not forget how she'll take it upon herself to make up rules as she goes along such as cashier an entire basket full of items instead of the allowed 2-3 items plus your pharmacy goods and have a line of 5-6 people waiting to pick up their medicine because she wants to be nice. Hey I'm all for being nice, but not when you have a line of customers waiting! Do YOUR JOB, your NOT a CASHIER and don't let anyone give you a sob story. We all have to wait on the KMART lines if we have a basket full of items, its wrong to take you away from your hired duties, which is Assisting the Pharmacist! The Pharmacy Tech is a trained professional to assist the Pharmacist, if she wants to be a Cashier, go be a Cashier....and make less money!

Hello, lets be honest about your own action.The returning policy is within 30 days, if you waited and passed 30 days, you can not expect them to take it back, people need to expect the rules. So, don't be a cry baby!...sorry.People need to grow up and have responsibility of your own action.
