Bad Customer Service.I went to KMART tonight 2/21/17 to return a box of baby diapers one of the many things I purchased for my great granddaughter.

The lady looked at me funny when I walked to the counter. I explained that I wanted to exchange NB diapers for a box of 1's she said go get what you need.

When I got back she asked for a receipt and then stated they don't take returns on baby items.Another customer going where my business is apreciated.
