Martina in jewelry is the worst employee I have ever encountered. Im shocked and appalled at her lack of customer service. This woman is in serious need of retraining. With the sheer amount of money my Aunt spends at this location you think Martina would be grateful and a little more helpful.

So we come into the store,to return a fan that barely works. David is the guy that was at the service desk. He looked right at us then turned and anounced he could help someone at the service desk.not only should he be pulled from any customer service counter, mabe he should just be let go, so that mabe the company that bought them don't take the rap for poor skills.
