I was buying a pair of headphones. While leaving the store, the lost prevention worker followed me out the store and said i stole. They checked me but didnt find anything. They said sorry but sorry is not enough. I was so embarrassed and i will be speaking to my lawyer

Martina in jewelry is the worst employee I have ever encountered. Im shocked and appalled at her lack of customer service. This woman is in serious need of retraining. With the sheer amount of money my Aunt spends at this location you think Martina would be grateful and a little more helpful.

So we come into the store,to return a fan that barely works. David is the guy that was at the service desk.
