Kmart and Sears took my order of items and billed my credit card...then they cancelled my order for no reason and without my consent then refused to refund me....

They also lied and said I would not be billed but I was billed on September 20th 2018 and up to now no one responded to my emails to refund my credit card...they are fraudsters and they lie to customers.

They had every right to refund my money before cancelling my order..

Everything is above board and they still went ahead and cancelled my order without my consent.

I need the funds back on my credit card.

Product or Service Mentioned: Kmart Customer Care.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $133.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
