I put 200 dollars in layaway.. .disney fountain and a Mickey mouse chair..I have to pay for it every 2 weeks so when I went in and noticed the fountain was now 14.00 cheaper...so while i was making a payment i ask if they could give me a price adjustment...they said no..it had been 2 weeks...so i said can i just get it out of layaway and then return it and ring it up again...again the answer was no because they couldn't separate the items and if i cancelled it was 10 fee...I have worked retail before and that was the worst customer service i have ever seen..I'm sure there is a way to fix this but no one was going to do it.I worked at Sears for a couple years...it was always customer is always right...not here!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: reimburse me for the 14.00 difference.

I didn't like: Results i got from my layaway.

If you really worked in retail you would know that they have rules. Also just because you didn not get your way does not mean they were terrible in customer service.

Well yes i have....and there has not been one retail store that would have done that..they would have fixed it right away...all they had to do was price override..simple..
