I put 200 dollars in layaway.. .disney fountain and a Mickey mouse chair..I have to pay for it every 2 weeks so when I went in and noticed the fountain was now 14.00 cheaper...so while i was making a payment i ask if they could give me a price adjustment...they said no..it had been 2 weeks...so i said can i just get it out of layaway and then return it and ring it up again...again the answer was no because they couldn't separate the items and if i cancelled it was 10 fee...I have worked retail before and that was the worst customer service i have ever seen..I'm sure there is a way to fix this but no one was going to do it.I worked at Sears for a couple years...it was always customer is always right...not here!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: reimburse me for the 14.00 difference.

I didn't like: Results i got from my layaway.
