Horrible Customer service.Every Store in Florida is doing what they can to help us either get our money back on items we ordered prior to the Hurricane, or at least giving credit.

Your Kmart store is closed and I did not have internet because of the hurricane to be able to return this or exchange items I had ordered.. Kmart does not care. Their customer service team keep you on hold for hours just to tell you that they have a 30 day strict policy. Then they tell you t It took 2 weeks to receive the item I ordered and yet , they won't make an exception that a Hurricane happened within that time frame.

It is truly disappointing, that I had to speak to 7 customer service representatives and none were able to help. All I want is an exchange. I had a receipt, I had everything I needed. No supervisor to help.

I do not understand how they run business.

I do know, that I will post this complaint everywhere.Maybe a supervisor will contact me eventually to address this matter.
