TWICE I was burned by Kmart/Sears.com.The 1st time I ordered a Halloween costume for a party I was attending.

When it was not delivered during the alloted time, I began calling. They said that it was processing. The day before the party, I finally got an answer...THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK! It was so late I could not order from someone else.

I went to the costumes stored amongst 100's of people and picked through the remaining costumes. It put me in an awful situation. How long does it take to learn it was out of stock? Certinaly not 3 weeks!

Did they apologize.

Nope...not really sorry at all.TERRIBLE customer service.
