Took daughter to college last week, day before she went we finished up some last minute shopping at Kmart.When getting her moved in we had bought two three drawer cabinets for her dorm room.

Unfortunately they did not fit in her small room. So I brought them home to return to Kmart but unable to find receipt. I tried to return to Kmart for exchange or credit, could tell them exactly time and date purchased and form of payment but without receipt they were willing to do nothing!!!!!!!!!!!

Not very happy at all!!!Try to shop there often as I can to help keep store in the community but after this experience unsure if going back!

You are angry at Kmart for your own negligence---failure to keep a receipt until you KNOW the item will fit the room, is not damaged, etc. Stop whining.
