So I bought an item off the Kmart site beginning of Dec, missing several pieces.Contact Seller, didn't know it but was a marketplace item!

big mistake buying this way!!! he said he would send parts, only got a few, not all. Tried to contact again but no answers AT ALL, messages keep coming back undeliverable too. I even loaded this heavy item & drove it to Kmart for a refund & got no help there either.

Supposed Mgr took my info said she'd make a few calls & let me know....well a month later what do ya know...NOT a peep!!!

I'm so mad, I will never buy from Kmart again!!!I work hard for my $ & I don't like being treated this way.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $140.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Prices, Discounts.

I didn't like: Customer service, Damaged, Missing items.

The return policy doesn’t start until you pick it up from layaway. Who ever told you that the policy starts while it’s on layaway has no clue what they are talking about


do not but any appliances from kmart.they tend to break down with I 30 days.

after 30 days, that also include if it been sitting in layaway the 30day,return policy is ticking too.only recourse if you purchase an replacement plan.
