K-Mart Doesn't honor FSI Ad in NH | Kmart review from Boston, Massachusetts

K-mart dropped an FSI (Free Standing Insert) in the local newspapers. The ad was inserted on Tuesday, 11/20/12. It stated "Wednesday Door Busters" 6 am until 10 pm. It was a 28 page ad. (IT is/was also listed on their website- I have a PDF of the screen shot) On page 3 it list a ProScan 32" LCD for $97. I stopped on my way to work at 5:10 am. There were only 6 people in line, so I parked and got out and got in line. A man in a shirt and slacks came out and told us that the ad applied only to MA stores, not NH. This he explained to me was because MA stores could not open on Thanksgiving by law, where NH stores could. I asked him to show me on the ad where it said MA only- He couldn't as it doesn't anywhere. I asked if they would honor the prices today, he said no. I check on-line at work and the ad clearly says Wednesday Door Busters. I called their corp and was on the phone for 3 hours. The manager I spoke with told me, after investigating and looking at the ad that I was correct but that the stores would not honor it till Thursday. He told me it was very misleading. He e-mailed me a corp e-mail to complain (I have his name and contact info), but still no TV. I DID have my wife go to a MA store, but she didn't get there until 8 am and the TVs were gone. So- I they run a clear ad that says Wed 6 am & tell those of us that bother to read their ad that we are wrong. NO SERVICE. It's not like they misadvertised the price or it was a misprint (remember, it's still on their web site)- So why NOT sell the product that they will sell anyways to the people that were there? I URGE EVERYONE TO BOYCOTT K-MART and SEARS. If anyone doubts me- I can send you the PDF ad- What a scam

KMART corporate customer service is INCOMPETENT

I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE FOR 1.5 MONTHS WITH KMART/SEARS CORPORATE CUSTOMER SERVICE REGARDING MULTIPLE PROBLEMS. THEY HAVE ISSUED TWO GIFT CARDS WITH A ZERO BALANCE. THEY ARE TOTALLY INCOMPETENT. BEWARE OF BUYING AT KMART OR SEARS! I AM THROUGH WITH THEM. THEY OWE ME OVER $100 IN GIFT CARDS BUT ARE TOO *** TO ACTIVATE THEM BEFORE THEY MAIL THEM. UNBELIEVEABLE TRULY! I HAVE ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE CEO'S AND THEY WON'T LET ME AND THE CORPORATE OFFICE CONTENDS THAT THEY CAN TAKE CARE OF ME. Wow - worst experience ever!!!! KMART

Tried to use a merchandise credit online. The web site say you will see credit after you check out - I didn't so I called to confirm it went thru. I was told it did. When I got my credit card bill for the full after I called - was basically told too bad. Then I was called a lair by the solutions manager - who then BOLD faced lied saying that I couldn't use it online. When I called backed to say that the card actually said it could be used online, I was told that well yes, I could but since it had already shipped there was nothing that could done. And really, I should have seen it when I check out!!!! Are you kidding me sign me something I never thought I would be - a new Walmart shopper. hey - Eddie lambert, hope the land is worth something still because your running the company into the ground.

Two hour "pick-up" is 36 hours and counting | Kmart review from Saint Louis, Missouri

I ordered a 40" hdtv yesterday and when they charged the PayPal account, they said "two hours" I could pick it up at my local store. Two days and counting.......Been "hung-up" twice with the "off-shore" custormer service..... I knew better when dealing with "Sears".......now KMart.....do not buy from these corporations. There are much more "honest" dealers in the "electronics" market than this company. Check out "all" the "others" before you give these "scam-artist's" your money. Sear's use to be a great Company, as well as Kmart.....no longer. They took my money....no product.....that's "theft" buy most law's in the USA....

Kmart worker Sucks!!!

I was in there West Seneca NY location store #9392 on Monday Nov 5th to look at items to put on layaway. I was in the aisles looking for toys for my children, nieces and nephew. I wanted a minnie mouse vacuum for my niece. I have been there a few times looking for this item. In the aisle that has all the minnie/mickey items i could not find what I was looking for . A worker i think his name was Mark came into the aisle I said "oh your out of the minnies mouse vacuums again" He was holding a paper and his reply was " I'm looking for the same thing and it says there are 3 in store" Upon him saying that I decided to look behind other things and then found 1 and put it in my cart(think nothing of it) and went on my way. I then seen more aisles of toys which I hadnt looked at so went do the aisle. At the end of the aisle there was a worker room only (break room maybe). Upon walking near the door which was propped open I could he this man telling another employee that wanted the minnie vacuum I quote "That women knew I was looking for that, I told her there were 3 and she just put it in her cart, so if you want it your going to have to find her and take it out" If my children were not with me I would have opened that door and cussed the b*astard out. I then came home wrote an email to kmart and didnt hear anything back so called the number and spoke to a man i think named greg about the expierence he told me it would get looked into and I would get a phone call back in a few days, that never happened so I went online and did a livechat which is as follows Please wait for a Kmart Customer Service to respond. The employee was in an employee only area and was obviously having a private discussion (actually sounds like he was joking) with another employee. If it was meant for someone to hear, they would of been talking on the sales floor.

Second, you have never complained about your job? WOW!! you must be lucky to have the perfect employment!!

Third, I agree with the other post, to long, and TMI.

El jueves 8 de nov estuve en kamart at kentlans blv en gaithersburg marylan queria comprar pampers pero tenian un sale sign de 5 dollar off pero cuando llegue a la rejistradora no salia el descuento la cajera fue y chequeo y. Vio que habian varios signs y le dijo a su supervisora ella estaba *** otro costumer bien yo sabia que tenia que esperar a que ella terminara *** ese costumer pero despues de esperar por 15 minutos ella fue no dijo nada y void la transapcion la cajera le explicaba lo que yo habia dicho ella sin decir nada simplemente me ignoro y se fue despues de esperar ya por 20 minutos sali de kmart sin pampers por que la señorita que tienen de supervisora es una inecta que no sabe tratar a los costumers cada vez me es mas dificil regresar a kmart por su mal servicio al cliente. Deverian tener personas mas amables y que quieran trabajar esa senorita nisiquiera hablo y es supervisora deverian realmente hacer una investigacion para asegurar el buen servicio a sus clientes.

Kmart is selling 16GB Tab at 32GB price

The day after Google Nexus issued Nexus 7 with 32GB memory for $249, I purchased a Nexus 7 at Kmart online store for $249. The product description did not say it was 16GB, my assumtion was wrong, since 16GB is now priced for $199 and I trusted that Kmart would be compatetive for the price with other retailers. Right after I received the product I immediatly called the customer service and requested a return lable. It is been five business days and I have not received the return lable. The company has to get some kind of "permission" to send me an email with the return lable. My experience with Kmart is so bad that I begin to understnad why Kmart is going out of business.

Kmart in Alamogordo selling used broken trash

I live in Alamogordo, New Mexico. Now, as we all know, Walmart is a far superior store with better prices and selection. But two weeks ago I did not feel like fighting the crowds at Walmart so my husband and I went to KMart. He was looking to buy an alarm clock/radio/CD player combo. We went back to the electronics department and he found one he thought was okay. It was $50, and that seemed a little high for a cheapie like that, but we were tired of shopping for the day. He took it home and was setting it up. There was a used CD jammed in the CD player. He got it out. He turned on the radio. After a short while, it stops playing. Flat out, that radio is BROKEN and was a RETURNED ITEM. It was not labeled as a used, broken item. The Kmart employees took a broken item and placed it on the shelf to be sold again! Stay away from K-Mart. Shop Wal-mart or Amazon.... There are other issues with the Alamogordo Kmart such as it is filthy, run-down, and run by pimple-faced, hump backed halfwits. But that is another story.

Please help me expose Kmart

Order# 416686881. I ordered a 50' Plasma TV on 10/26/12 for $522.90 which was to be a STORE PICK UP (I never picked up the TV nor had it in my possession). As soon as I submitted the order online I realized it was PLASMA (which is complete garbage as we all know). I immediately called 1-800-733-7249 to cancel the order. The woman I spoke with advised that she had canceled the order & I would see a refund in three business days & I would receive a confirmation email immediately confirming the refund had been requested. At the time the charge of $522.90 was pending my back account. I DID NOT receive the confirmation email showing a refund had been requested. On 10/31/12 (the 3rd business day) I still hadn't received the confirmation email which worried me so once again I called 1-800-733-7249 the woman I spoke with told me she DID NOT SEE any refund requested, she also said that I should have received the confirmation email immediately following my initial call. She placed me on hold & advised that a refund would take up to five business days. On 11/01/12 I spoke with Pamela A. Sales and Customer Care Associate who assured me she would get this corrected & forward this issue to her supervisor & also to be on the lookout for an email (NO EMAIL!!). On 11/02/12 (the 5th business day) I called 1-800-733-7249 once again because I had NO refund & still hadn't gotten that confirmation email. At this point I demand to speak with a supervisor the woman I had on the line wouldn't allow me to speak with a supervisor she said the supervisor was there with her, they were going to research & escalate this issue & they said it takes seven business days to see a refund & they also confirmed that they did NOT see a refund processed & that I should have gotten an email. STILL NO EMAIL!! On 11/03/12 I spoke to Brenda T Kmart Customer Care she like the others also refused to let me speak to a supervisor however she was able to get that confirmation email showing a refund was requested sent out. On 11/06/12 I called 1-800-733-7249 & got Steve I demanded to speak with a supervisor he transferred me to what he called account manager Brenda, Brenda blatantly hung up on me & disconnected my call at 2:05pm. I called back & I got Ayel she said she was transferring me to online solutions; she also like the previous rep hung up on me & disconnected my call. I called back & got Pam who said she was transferring me to Case Manager Denise. At 2:15pm Case manager Denise said the systems were down & she could not assist I asked if I gave her my tel# could she follow-up she said no her dept does not make outbound calls. I asked could I stay on hold until the system comes back up she said sure if you want to wait in hold for 1-2 hours & placed me on hold. I WAS ON HOLD FROM 2:19PM THRU 3:27PM OVER AN HOUR ONLY FOR CASE MANAGER DENISE TO HANG UP ON ME & DISCONNECT MY CALL!!!!!!!!!!! Obliviously the phone beeps on their end or they are supposed to check back with the customer every one to two minutes once they place us on hold. She just takes it off hold & places it right back on hold without saying a word. At 3:27pm spoke with an Arlene who transferred me to Frank case manager. He advised they did not even process a refund request until 11/05/12 so I would have to wait 7 business days from that date says this has been escalated to case management he's in online solutions should 24-48hours. I asked if they could give me a credit or maybe a gift card for the company's negligence, misinformation & lack of competence. He seemed very uninterested as if I was bothering him through out the entire call & advised shc@customerservice.sears.com. I spoke with Michelle C via chat who advised: Due to the detail of your questions call 1-800-349-4358 you can then request to speak with a case manager for further assistance. I work in a call center environment & I must say this is the WORST customer service I have EVER witnessed from a company coming from a consumer & an employee stand point. KMART is the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with! Clearly they teach their employees that if the customer IS NOT buying something or placing a NEW order they are irrelevant! I will not stand by & allow you to KEEP my money for a product I NEVER had in my possession. I have recorded ALL of my convos today with your RUDE, incompetent & dishonest employees. I will forward this to my attorney, the better business bureau & all of my local news stations. I will NEVER purchase anything from your in the future! I have a very popular blog site & a lot of twitter & social media followers. I will make sure to let the world know what a HORRIBLE company you are! I will make sure a LARGE part of your potential HOLIDAY/CHRISTMAS proceeds go to your competitors such as Wal-Mart. I demand a resolution & a refund immediately!!! Please help me expose Kmart!

Injured and angry | Kmart review from Boston, Massachusetts

I was an employee at KMART. Read that as it is. But, I got hurt. Had a fall, hit my head. I didn't think anything of it, I got immediately back to work. Within an hour, my vision was going. And I mean it, I couldn't see almost at all. I went to my supervisor, we wrote up an incident report, I went to the hospital. No biggie. But, their insurance company, Sedgewick, won't pay for any of it, claiming there was "insufficient evidence I was hurt at work." Seriously. Now, let's back this up. I went to work. I got hurt. There was an incident report sent to their corporate office, as well as an actual witness who saw the incident. Wherein comes the part where there is evidence showing I didn't get hurt at work? With no help, no assistance, and now medical bills I have to pay out of pocket, Sedgewick and Sears Holdings have pretty much eliminated any means of me getting ahead...after a *** 8.75 an hour job.

but she had blue cross blue shield, had she filed on that she would have had them. This was years ago, they didi surgery, messed her back up wrse than it was, a screw has come out. Now, she has to go to the back and spine Dr. If there is any ins.
