Polaroid digital camera won't work

I brought a Pink Polaroid digital camera from K-mart in Leavenwork Kansas for my grandaughter. It doesn't work, when I took it back to replace they would not let me replace the camera because you don't sell this camera anymore and it has to be a pink one to replace my broken one. The return girl at the desk could not help me nor did she care. I have shoped at your store for over 30 years and alway pay cash. They said that was a problem because I didn't have a check to show them. It was in the same box and all I wanted was to replace it as it cost alot for me.

What can you do for me on this issue. I now have a very unhappy grandaughter and a camera that won't work, nor would your people at this store help me.

All I wanted to do was replace the camera and they said they don't sell it anymore.

I f I would have known that I wouldn't have bought the thing. I am very very upset with this store and company and want to know if you can help me

I had this same problem with a Polaroid camera that I bought at Kmart. If you don't have your receipt there is nothing Kmart can do. HOWEVER! Call Polaroid, they should send you a replacement camera for free. Explain to them what happened. They will probably ask for your receipt, but say you absolutely cannot find it, and you tried getting it from Kmart but they couldn't get it for you either. Definitely don't back down until they give you a new camera. :)
