place a order on Nov.23 in still haven't receive my refund know stating my order isn't on filed this is the second time this happen to me in I will never shop nor deal with kmart nor sears the rep are not professional at all in act like they cant help you like its there money how can a company have no record of a order that was placed than cancel it took them less then 5mins to take the money so why do I have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund in its been longer than that

Watch your bank statements I ordered online it was cancelled and I have now been charge 3 times for the same item. My bank is disputing all of the charges but this can take up to 90 days.

the same thing happened to me. I purchased a wii game online on nov 29 2013 along with 3 other items.

I was charged for all three. I later received an email saying the wii game was canceled. There has been no refund of my money (39.99). it is now dec.

16. I've called 5 times since then. finally got an email saying I was not charged for the item. YES I WAS!!!

Bank statements do not lie. Not to mention 1 of the 3 items that I was suppose to get, didn't arrive. Still waiting on that refund also. I am sitting her now waiting to speak to a manager.

Been waiting for 24 mins and still counting.

I will never do business with kmart.com again.

Well, I finally talked to a supervisor. well, I didn't talk to her, I basically told her off and cursed her out.

I didn't want to do it but she started telling me that only once had I called in about a refund for my purchased and there was no record of any other calls. I lost it. I was able to give her times, dates and names of reps that I had spoken to. I informed her that each time I called in I would receive a survey email about the person that I spoke to.

But regardless, I shouldn't have to keep calling in about their error. She was rude and she and the entire customer service team for Kmart.com needs to be retrained. But either way, I received a refund to my debit card for part of my order 2 days later and an email from the offline team saying I would receive the remaining balance in the form of a check to my home. The check went out on December 19th.

So we shall see what happens. So just stay on them and if you have to come out of your normal pleasant manner, don't worry, that's their problem.

they should open their ears and listen and keep their hands out of your wallet. :grin

I agree the same thing happen to me on nov 22 and I am still waiting on them to refund me my money and every time I call they tell me the same thing it should be refunded the rep I spoke with yesterday said its been 14 business days and he see's were it will be refunded in 24 hours checked this morning and it still wasn't talked to them again today and the lady said 14 days and their was a web error people kmart online in a rip off they take your money and wont give it back
